WASHING MY ITEMS
Thank you for buying Attollo Lingerie! We know you’ll want to take the best care of it, so here are our tips to help it last longer! Check the care label symbols for washing guidance
We recommend most of our items are hand wash only and that you wash similar colours together.
How to wash your beautiful lingerie:
- Fill a sink with water and a little laundry liquid (do not use fabric softener, it can damage your undies!).
- Soak your underwear in the sink for 10 minutes.
- Remove it from the water and wash the garments to make sure all areas are clean.
- Rinse with warm water to remove all suds.
- Hang your lingerie on a washing line and spread any bras on a flat surface to dry naturally, away from any heat!

- What’s the status of my order?
- Once you have received your confirmation order from us, we will endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours. FedEx next day delivery orders must be placed before 12.00 noon. All orders sent with the Royal Mail will not be trackable once dispatched, but orders sent with FedEx can be tracked with the code that you will receive in your confirmation of dispatch email!

- Can I edit my order?
- Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

- I’d like to change my delivery address?
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
Give us a call and we will do our best to amend the delivery address, however if your item is already with the courier, it will take a little longer to get to your new address!
- I’ve been sent a faulty/ incorrect item.
We are extremely sorry this has happened! Please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 02077591243 so we can exchange or refund your purchase! The return postage will be on us!
- Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
- If you’re shopping in the UK, you don’t need to pay any of these duties
- If you are buying our products from outside the EU, your parcel may be subject to import duties, customs duties or taxes when it reaches your destination country. These are not included in the cost of your purchase from our website and must be paid by the parcel recipient.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:Please send return or exchanged items:
- Clean and unworn, in mint condition and with hygiene stickers intact!
- With the label intact.
- With a filled out return form (enclosed in your original package), letting us know why it wasn’t quite right and whether you’d like to exchange or refund!
Remember to keep your proof of postage in case you need to contact us!
- We’re sorry it wasn’t for you, but that’s ok- returns are quick and easy!
- Fill out the return and exchange form and stick the postage label on the outside of your package.
- Send it to us within 14 days of purchase.
- Please return your item unworn and with original tags intact.
- Promo codes only apply to your original order and not refunded or exchanged items.
- Your return will be processed within 30 days of us receiving it.
- We’re sorry what you received wasn’t quite right! Be sure to complete the return and exchange form, noting the name, size and colour of the new item you’d like! Send your items back to us within 14 days, using the postage label inside your package, for free!
- If you are outside the UK, you will have 21 days to return the order.
- Remember to keep proof of postage
- We will then deliver the new item to you for free!
- Checking your return or refund status
- Refunds to your account are processed within 24 hours of us receiving the order, although the funds may take up to 7-10 working days to go back into your account.
- Exchanges will be packed within 1 working day and will take up to 5 working days to arrive with you.
- You can check the exact status by using the code in your confirmation email.
